Join The Tribe: The Silicon Savannah Starts Here

Don’t Just Find a Job. Build a Career on the Global Stage.

At Sahara VA Solutions, we aren’t just an agency; we are a movement. We are dedicated to proving that Kenyan talent is world-class. Whether you are an experienced specialist or a rising star, we provide the bridge to high-ticket international opportunities.

The Two Paths to Growth

To serve our community better, we have two ways for you to engage with Sahara:

Path A: The Freelance Growth Tribe (Community & Training)

The place to learn, network, and sharpen your tools.

Our WhatsApp community is the heartbeat of the Kenyan remote workforce. It’s a space for those who aren’t just looking for a “gig,” but want to master the art of freelancing.

What’s inside:

  • Bi-Monthly Expert Calls: Deep dives into SEO, AI tools, client acquisition, and high-performance habits.
  • Weekly Service Market Day: Pitch your skills to the 1,000+ members—collaboration is our superpower.
  • Weekly Product Market Day: We support the hustle. Market your physical products and side businesses to the tribe.
  • Real-Time Q&A: Get answers to your toughest client and technical challenges from Bonney and other veterans.

Path B: The Sahara Talent Pipeline (Direct Hiring)

The place to get placed with US & UK clients.

If you are ready to work with international brands and want Sahara to handle the business development, payroll, and management for you, you must enter our Elite Vetting Pipeline.

Note: Joining the WhatsApp group does not guarantee a job. To be considered for our active roles, you must complete the formal vetting process.

Our Elite Vetting Process (The Typeform)

We only place the Top 1%. To enter the pipeline, you’ll need to pass our four-stage “Hunter” filter.

What we need from you in the application:

  1. Your Proof of Work: A portfolio or case study showing real results.
  2. The “Loom” Intro: A 60-second video introduction (we hire personalities, not just resumes).
  3. Technical Infrastructure: Proof of stable internet and a reliable workstation.
  4. The Sahara Standards Test: A short assessment based on your specific niche (SEO, Web Dev, Admin, etc.).

The Sahara Code of Conduct (The Standard)

We play for the long term. Being part of the Sahara Talent Pipeline is a badge of honor. To maintain your status in the 1%, every member must live by these four non-negotiable values:

  • Hunger: To Learn & Deliver. In the Silicon Savannah, we don’t settle. You must have an insatiable drive to stay ahead of industry trends and a relentless focus on delivering results that move the needle for our clients.
  • Reliability: The “No-Excuse” Policy. In a remote world, trust is our only currency. We operate on a zero-excuse basis. Whether it’s a power outage or a technical glitch, a Sahara specialist always has a Plan B. If you say it will be done, it gets done.
  • Expertise: Mastery over Mediocrity. We don’t do “general help.” We hire specialists. You are expected to be an expert in your niche, bringing deep knowledge and high-level execution to every task you touch.
  • Radical Integrity: Protecting the Tribe. We are building a legacy. Any attempt to “side-step” the agency or engage in dishonest communication with clients is a permanent breach of trust. Doing so results in an immediate and permanent ban from the Sahara ecosystem and the Freelance Growth Tribe.

The Hunter’s Code (The Sahara Standard)

In the wild, there is no “participation trophy.” You either deliver, or you don’t eat. At Sahara, we don’t hire “Virtual Assistants”, we hire Hunters. To stay in the pack, you must live by the Hunter’s Code:

  • 1. The Hunger: Kill the Task. A Hunter doesn’t wait to be told how to move. You have an insatiable hunger to learn the latest tools and a drive to “kill” every project. We don’t just “do tasks”; we hunt for results that grow our clients’ revenue.
  • 2. Reliability: The “Plan B” Instinct. A Hunter never blames the environment. “The power went out” or “My Wi-Fi is down” are not phrases used here. You are expected to have the instinct to find a way. You have a backup for your backup. No excuses. No missed targets. Ever.
  • 3. Expertise: Sharpen Your Blade. A Hunter with a dull blade is useless. We expect you to be a master of your craft—whether it’s SEO, Web Dev, or Ops. If you aren’t spending time every week sharpening your skills, you aren’t a Hunter; you’re a bystander.
  • 4. The Pack Loyalty: Radical Integrity. The pack survives because of trust. We handle the business, the billing, and the bridge to the West so you can focus on the hunt. Any attempt to “side-step” the agency or deceive a client is a betrayal of the pack and results in immediate, permanent removal from the Sahara ecosystem.

Why Kenya? Why Now?

“Talent is universal, but opportunity is not. We are here to change that. By joining Sahara, you aren’t just getting a remote job, you are helping us build a legacy that funds education and growth for the next generation of Kenyans.”
